Alexander R. Tambascia Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Alexander R. Tambascia has been published as a key writer for CompTIA, Inc.'s security+ exam
Brockton, MA, November 10, 2009 /Security PR News/ -- Alexander R. Tambascia, MSCS, MCSE, CEH, Lead Cyber Communications Engineer for the United States Government, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in computer science.
With 19 years of experience as an information technology professional, Mr. Tambascia specializes in the area of Cyber Engineering and Cyber Warfare. He is supporting a number of Major Combatant Commands (MACOMS) for the United States Military in providing analytical support in tracking of Hackers and Cyber Terrorists. He has also been a published video game designer for nine years and is a co-owner of MECHA Software, LLC. He has been in the military for 18 years serving both in Active Duty and Reserve status for the United States Army. He is now starting a new civilian career as a civil servant, GS-13 for the United States Air Force upon deciding that he wanted to become more involved with the new Cyber Commands on a full time basis. Mr. Tambascia also teaches a Computer Science night course at Quincy College in Quincy. Massachusetts. He attributes his success to the support he has received from his wife and parents.
Mr. Tambascia received his Master's in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Science in Computer Science Enterprise Architecture from Colorado Technical University. He is a member of National Rifle Association, Military Officer's Association of America, Republican National Committee, the Cyber Warfare Forum Initiative and many other technical organizations. He was the Recipient of the Bronze Star Medal in OEF/OIF. In the future, he intends to complete his Doctorate of Science and attain GS-15 position within a Cyber Command of the U.S. Department of Defense.
